1. What time is pickup?

Pickup is generally around 2:30 PM from your hotel or residence in Dubai. The exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.

 

2. Where do you provide pickup and drop-off?

Pickup and drop-off are available from hotels and residences in Dubai.

 

3. Is the tour shared or private?

Both options are available. Guests can choose between a Shared Safari and a Private Safari when booking.

 

4. What should I bring?

We recommend comfortable clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen and a camera. A light jacket may be useful during cooler months.

5. Is quad biking available?

Yes. A 35-minute quad bike experience is available as an optional paid upgrade, subject to availability.

 

6. Do I need to provide anything after booking?

Yes. Please provide your hotel/residence name and pickup location so our team can arrange your transportation.

 

7. Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. Group discounts are available depending on the group size, travel date and season. Please contact our team for a customized group rate.

Yes. We can arrange private events and customized setups at our desert camp for corporate events, birthdays, celebrations and other special occasions. Event areas can be arranged and decorated according to your requirements.

9. What is your cancellation policy? -
  • Full refund: More than 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • 50% refund: 12–24 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • No refund: Within 12 hours of the scheduled tour.
10. How long does the desert safari experience take?

The complete experience is approximately 7 hours, including pickup and drop-off. The exact duration may vary depending on the selected package, pickup location, traffic and seasonal conditions. Final pickup and return timings will be confirmed with your booking.
