Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or emergencies. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit for the activities included in your itinerary, including desert safaris, city tours, or other adventure activities.
You agree to follow the instructions of our guides and staff at all times to ensure your safety during tours and activities.
Hormuz1Tourism is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur due to negligence, failure to follow instructions, or pre-existing health conditions.
Limitation of Liability: Hormuz1Tourism is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during your travel, including but not limited to delays, accidents, theft, or personal injury.
We are also not responsible for any third-party services provided by external suppliers, including accommodations, transportation, or activities booked outside of our official packages.
Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Hormuz1Tourism and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without written permission.
User Responsibilities: You agree not to misuse our website by introducing harmful or disruptive code, viruses, or other malicious actions.
